In the Okuden (second level) Reiki training, students will learn symbols, mantras, and exercises to enhance their Reiki practices. These include:

• The “power” symbol and mantra used to strengthen Reiki energy

• The symbol and mantra to heal unhelpful mental habits

• The symbol, mantra, and practice of remote healing (distance Reiki)

Video content from Masaki Nishina, Jikiden Reiki Dai-Shihan is again integrated into this training, to provide a Japanese perspective on some of these level II techniques. Students will receive another Reiki attunement and have ample time to practice both in-person and distant Reiki.
